If your student is associated with a school, we will contact the counselor for approval of this enrollment in order to have written confirmation that the student will be awarded credit for the requested course(s). Homeschooled students do not require school approval.
Once approval is received, a request for payment will be sent directing you to this link: https://www.villagevirtual.com/make-a-payment.

Once the course has been approved and payment received, the student will be placed into the requested course(s) and an enrollment confirmation and welcome letter will be sent to the parent and student emails provided at registration. If you do not receive these, please call and let us work with you to establish consistent communication. Weekly progress reports will be sent to all stakeholders, and these are important in supporting learners to success.
